Even though adobe reader is set as default PDF reader, it always pops up Adobe Pro window when they try to print multiple files at once. Once Adobe pro was installed on the server, everything was fine and good for these three users but everyone else is now having issues when they try printing multiple files. Only three users need to modify PDF files so suggested getting a subscription. This worked fine until they started needing features like split/merge/extract/. Most of the users would frequently select multiple PDF files, right click and print. The scenario is, this office has RDS setup they connect to from home, no VPN, and all their work is done on the remote desktop, server 2012 R2. I'm running into issue with Adobe Reader and Pro.
